In 2014, we built a new factory with 12,314 square meters in area and 30,000 square meters in total; we invested over 40 million RMB to introduce international advanced processing center and modernized automatic automobile safety brake devices production line. It can automatically implement water supply, power supply, automatic material feeding, automatic finished product delivery and automatic scraps removal in a centralized way. 36 production lines merge into 7 large ones. The production lines are divided into two sides symmetrically with 95 meters in each side and 190 meters in total two sides. The accumulated investment fund reaches over 80 million RMB, the qualified rate reach over 99%.


NC workshop
The production lines parts from the second floor of Building 6 are connected to the conveyor line.Firs the housing entering the automatic cleaning, then it goes into drying line, and later it into the intelligent warehouse, it will be re-entering the assembly line assembly after these process. They all will be automatically transported in to the laboratory in the first floor and will be taken performance testing and offline detection, before packaging the parts after processing. The total length of the lines after abovementioned processes will take 286 meters. Finally the half-finished products are transported into the third floor of the warehouse.
